Some of my favorite backgrounds and title cards I made for "Road Rage Simulator: A Cautionary Tale", which I and a friend of mine made for the GB Compo 23 contest with the theme of "You Are the Monster". The major challenge with these was to create backgrounds, sprites, title screens, etc. that fit within the extremely limited palette of 3-4 colors and with an extreme limitation on how many unique 8x8 tiles could exist on screen at once. For this being the first full game I've made art for, I'm quite pleased with how it turned out.
